I am Erlinda Denise daughter of the Seven Sisters. Certified Vaginal Steaming Practitioner and Full Spectrum Birthworker. I have a deep passion for supporting women and creating a space where we can discuss vulnerable and honest topics to generate healing and self love.
My journey in women's wellness has expanded to birth work where I support Women+ transiting into Motherhood/Parenthood. This includes but not limited to couple and family support, labor prep, midwife/Dr visits and postpartum care.
